FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Membership Benefits

Members receive unlimited 15% savings on 60-minute, 75-minute, and 90-minute services, and 10% off 105-minute and 120-minute services during each active Period. A 10% discount on retail products is also included.

Membership Terms, Conditions & Fees

Membership requires a six (6)-month commitment. A non-refundable $55 Enrollment Fee is due at sign-up for each Period. Discounted service payments are due at checkout; gratuities based on the original rate are encouraged. Membership benefits do not apply during President’s Week, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Week, and the two (2) weeks spanning Christmas and New Year. Memberships are non-transferable, and benefits apply only to the enrolled Member. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Unused benefits do not qualify for refunds or credits. Enrollment Fees and service rates are subject to change, with notice provided via email at least 30 days in advance.  Truckee Massage reserves the right to update program Terms to enhance value.

Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation

Members should schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability. The standard Truckee Massage 24-hour cancellation policies apply; appointments canceled or rescheduled within this period will be charged in full.

Local 5% Discount

Live in the Truckee area and not quite ready to commit to a membership? No problem! Truckee Massage also offers a 5% discount on all treatments for our local community. Bring your local ID to your next treatment and let your therapist know that you would like to receive a local’s discount.
